"State mortgage Company" OJSC will be 4 years old, on July 15.
For 4 years of the activity "State mortgage Company" achieved the following results :
- 4279 mortgage loans total over 4.9 billion soms, resulting in the acquisition of 238568,99 thousand square meters of finished housing.
- 18895 square meters individual housing construction (IHC) commissioned.
- Commissioned 2 of the housing project: "60 apartment 5-storey house in Naryn, "135 apartment 9-storey building in Bishkek"- the total area of the 8415 square metres.
- There was a public issue of mortgage-backed securities for 200 million soms , at the moment they are all placed.
- State Mortgage Company has launched a line of "Affordable mortgages" for all categories of citizens.
- State Mortgage Company Open joint stock company first participated in The Interbank Futsal tournament-2019 for the Cup of banks of the Kyrgyz Republic 2019 and reached the quarter-finals, losing the victory to the Champions of this season to the team of Bai Tushum CJSC, team of "State mortgage Company" was awarded a Diplom "For the will to win" and an incentive prize by the organizers of the interbank tournament "Union of banks of Kyrgyzstan".
